So thats the end to my favs and i dont think il ever find a pair like them I was thinking about putting platforms on regular ballet boots with the steel heels i made only longer They are much similar to the ones in the attachment
What i really wanted was another pair in white leather in same style, if they have now gone bust doe anyone know of another boot maker or give me any other suggestions on what to buy.
It would be cheaper and a lot safer to buy boots that already have the type of heel you're looking for Many shoes and boots have unit bottoms so that changing the heel compromises the structural integrity of the footwear. The other good thing is that due to their shape, there is plenty of room in the toe box for your toes. I own a several pairs myself.
The only thing is i would probably need to buy a last big enough for shoes that will fit my feet so that would cost an extra £100 But that's cool with me I'll be able to make as many shoes as i want, in almost any style, whenever i want and that is a good feeling Also, imagine being able to make shoes for your wife/girlfriend?
